As a family portrait photographer in London it was a privilege to be asked to take photos for the prestigious Baby London Magazine. I’ve been a big fan of the magazine for ages now so when I got the call I was over the moon! I was commissioned to take photos for the Welcome to the World feature, a six page spread telling the amazing birth stories of 3 families from London.
I received the details of the families about a month before so we could start planning their shoots beforehand. Jacqueline and Rob were on my list, they live in Clapham, South London with their ‘adorable’ daughter Scarlett. As soon as I set foot in their house I knew she was going to be a star in the making. Full of joy and smiles galore! Jacqueline and Rob were so relaxed and comfortable too which made it feel like visiting old friends instead of work!
Scarlett even had a quiet snooze for about 20 minutes and woke up full of even more smiles! Here are the images we captured from the session… I love them! If you’d like to read their birth story then click here.
