Katie’s mum bought her a family portrait session gift voucher for Christmas. Great timing as they’ve put their house on the market and wanted to get some shots of them in their old home. This is such a great idea. Whilst home is wherever the family are together, houses hold many memories. Having photos that remind them of the fun they had, remind the children of what life was like there in years to come; it’s important and something you may only see the importance of after it’s too late.

Not only did they want their home captured but they wanted family photos too. Two energetic, parents up for a bit fun and a big bed made this photo session so much fun! I bring some games to play to get the fun going during the session… we rarely complete each game, kids only need minimum of help getting into the world of imagination. My games are there to give them an initial boost and then I love following their lead to see where it ends up!

We read stories (I say we, the kids read whilst Mum, Dad and I listened!), I’ve never seen too boys more engrossed in a story. It was lovely to watch. We also headed to Greenwich park which was 2 mins away and I got to follow these guys as they ran and chased each other up hills, down hills and around trees!

Obviously, they’re only moving to the other side of Greenwich.
