My approach to your photography session will be to capture images that are a true reflection of you and your family. I find the best way to do this is to photograph you in your home or a familiar environment. Rarely do I direct or stage any of my photos, occasionally I will suggest that we move to a different location, turn more towards the light, or move closer together. Beyond that, the best photos come from natural interaction, so I tend to stay on the periphery, witnessing and photographing.
The location is entirely up to you, but if you need inspiration I have plenty of suggestions that will suit your family and it’s style. Greater London has an infinite amount of locations suitable for our session. If you are outside London in Kent or Surrey – you can safely double the amount of ideal locations!
The session will last about 1-2 hours depending on the type of session it is. Newborns and larger families take a bit longer. I have two discerning boys myself so when it comes getting smiles from your children – well, I’m not afraid to go the extra mile that it takes sometimes!
I’m located in Greenwich, but I’m available to travel all over Greater London including Blackheath, Greenwich, Hither Green, Bromley, Orpington, Beckenham, Herne Hill, Dulwich, Putney, Richmond, Highgate, Muswell Hill, Crouch End, Mayfair, Regent’s Park and Chelsea.
