I visited Danielle and her husband Jon at their home in Dulwich. Her work colleagues gifted them a voucher for a family session with me as a gift for their newborn baby.
Mia was 7 weeks old on the day of the shoot and she was positively angelic. After a lovely cup of tea and and the initial get to know each other chat with Mum and Dad I found out that Mia’s dad Jon was waiting to hear about a job and was expecting a call that day. How exciting!
So we started with some shots on gorgeous baby Mia on the bed. I could not get over the head of hair on this little lady!
In the middle of the photo session in their Dulwich home, Jon left the room for a minute, he came back in with the BIGGEST smile on his face and the best news. He got the job! The emotion and feeling of pure joy was amazing, I felt honoured to be able to able to share in it, I was as excited as they were!
